This permit allows entities or companies to establish a temporary cinema at a specific location for a limited period to screen cinematic films for commercial purposes, such as festivals, promotional events, or special screenings.

Electronic Service Procedures
- Log in through the electronic services system
- Select the required service
- Complete all required data and upload the documents
- Submit the application
- Pay the service fees
- Track the application status (approval or rejection)
Terms and Conditions
- The application must be submitted by the person who will hold the license or their legally authorized representative using the approved electronic methods, with all supporting documents attached.
- The applicant must be a natural person with full legal capacity.
- The applicant must have good conduct and must not have been convicted of a felony or a dishonesty-related offense unless legally rehabilitated.
- For legal entities, they must be established as a sole proprietorship or any company type permitted under the Commercial Companies Law in the UAE.
- Obtain all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
- Comply with media activity regulations and media content standards stipulated in the relevant law and executive regulations.
- The applicant must not have any previously suspended or revoked licenses, closed media facilities, or bans on practicing media activities unless the causes have been resolved.
- The applicant must not have outstanding financial obligations to the authority.
