This service allows obtaining content approvals for films intended to be screened at embassies, consulates, cultural clubs, and government institutions.
Requirements
- A copy of the artistic work or a link to the content
- No-objection letter
Electronic Service Procedures
- Log in through the electronic services system
- Select the required service
- Complete all required data and upload the documents
- Submit the application
- Pay the service fees (if applicable)
- Track the application status (approval or rejection)
Terms and Conditions
- The customer shall bear full legal responsibility for third-party rights in accordance with intellectual property laws and regulations.
- The customer must pay the service fees within 21 working days. If payment is not made within the specified period, the application will be canceled and a new application must be submitted.
- The customer undertakes that all entered data is accurate and correct, and that the attached required documents related to the service are valid, effective, and up to date, and bears full responsibility for this.
- The customer must comply with completing all requirements and consider any remarks issued by the Emirates Media Council, if any.
- The customer must comply with media content standards and the Publications and Publishing Law.
